At the heart of a massive Saudi defence deal and the flow of cash through the Cayman Islands lies the UK’s Ministry of Defence.
The Sangcom project is covered by a government-to-government agreement between the UK and Saudi Arabia and it supplies communications equipment to the national guard of the desert kingdom.
